“I have seen better worse places than this. Hotel tho small works but main priority is to be cleannn but the toilet, the floor, the towels , bed sheet everything was dirty the building is old and not maintained well, there were housefly’s everywhere and they charged 18 thousand for2 rooms for this .. really bad ”

“Great location away from the city noise, Big room size, Courteous staff and Excellent stay !”

“The property is really nice. The rooms and outdoors both are very clean and well maintained. The staff is polite and helpful. There are activities for everyone. The food is also nice. The best part for us being Jain was the whole breakfast buffet is prepared without onion and garlic. ”

“We stayed 1N at this resort as a non-club Mahindra member. Cleanliness in Rooms and premises were good. There was some maintenance work going on at outside and children play area, I felt required cleaning and also children playing area had a old playing equipments which requires maintenance. Rooms facility could be improved. Since in our room there was a AC cooling problem so we had to check with staff as soon as room alloted and had to take follow up about progress. They sorted out by filling the gas in outdoor unit in an hour or so. But this entire exercise of fixing problem could be avoided if rooms were properly maintained and checked its facility periodically or atleast before the arrival and alloted to guest. Staff courteousness is good and prompt response. Thanks for your services.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the serene garden—it’s beautifully maintained and offers a peaceful escape right on the property. The swimming pool is clean, well-designed, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff: incredibly helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. While the experience was largely positive, I’d encourage the management to complete the remaining renovation or pending work soon to elevate the overall guest experience. Adding a car wash service in the parking area would be a fantastic touch—especially for travelers who value convenience and cleanliness. Overall, a great stay with lots of potential. Looking forward to visiting again once everything is fully up and running! Also want to mention "Govind" for his good service. Something is missing in hotel and Govind completes it. I am looking forward to meet him again when visit hotel again. ”
