“The hotel is very nice and location is great. The staff was not helpful at all. We booked a suite for 3 people but have to ask several times both nights for 3 not 2 towels. We wanted to go into town. Asked if they could call a rickshaw. Front desk told me to ask the evening security guard. Guard lied to us and told us everything closed at 6:00 pm in town. When we insisted that we wanted to go to town, he told us to walk 15 minutes to the beach to fetch a rickshaw. When we got to town, everything was still open when we left at 9:00pm. Diu is beautiful. We will go visit but will not stay at this hotel. ”

“Everything was great. This is my second time stay at the property. This time they had swimming pool but it was extremely dirty so we couldn’t make use of it”

“Exceptional stay with impeccable cleanliness, polite staff and location next to Diu Fort. Close to INS Khukri Replica tour / museum. However just note that Spa, Gym and Swimming pool facilities for guests are arranged at Gateway hotel which is roughly 1 km from hotel and not situated inside the hotel premises and they arrange shuttle for movement with advance notice. Need some improvements in the food quality being served though. ”
