“WE had a nice stay at Marriott Golfshire in May 2026. The facilities are good and the locality is nice. Food was amazing, and so was the family pool. Staff was friendly and courteous overall. The staff at the Aviary reception (the folks who seat you) could be more welcoming. They were not warm and friendly., which is a bit strange as the helpers inside Aviary were super good. The lounge was a big let down. Don't discriminate against kids, please. Manage your happy hours better, to allow kids. I am sure crowd isn't rowdy. Also the lounge seating and snack options should be improved. Felt very cramped. But overall a nice experience and recommend for families who don't mind skipping the lounge.”

“While booking the room amenities had mentioned bathtub+shower and breakfast. No complimentary breakfast was included which the reception people blamed us that I didn't select while I showed the screenshot saying breakfast included. Bathtub doesn't exist in any of the rooms as per the staff but is clearly mentioned in the room choice - to ensure it isn't a mistake there are options of shower only as well. It was upsetting to see that what i saw and booked is not what I got. It is a shame as they do maintain the property decently well and staff are polite. Other issues faced was attempting to contact them - on the day of arrival as I was running late, the contact mentioned no one would answer on attempting to call more than 4-5 times. But I got a message 2 days later from their team asking if they could be of help. The front desk people also mentioned that my number was not passed onto them which I am assuming is an internal communication issue between agoda and the team or the team internally. Such small things caused a lot of irritation and trouble which is something that can be very easily sorted out.”
