“I have booked the room and also mentioned in the request that we will be there between 4 am to 5 a.m. and will check out in the afternoon, although when we arrived with my kid and mother, the receptionist said they were fully booked. I explained to him that I already paid and I already mentioned on the website that we will be here early morning. He said they don't have any room available. He said to wait for 3-4 hours in the reception area and I called the owner of this hotel and he accused me. He said you have to wait .my 5-year-old daughter slept on the sofa for 3 hours and also charged for tea and coffee which was offered by the receptionist which was hilarious. There is no dignity to help customers even though they don't have a room. The hotel was clean but the service was so poor and they don't have humanity. I have really bad experience. We came from the USA and I visited lots of hotels but this one has no management and no customer service. Staff are rude too.”

“There is restriction to book room for solo traveler still they helped me in booking. I told them booking was done for two people but I want to sign in for one traveler only. Still they helped me. If they didn’t help then I had no other option to leave Ambaji. Thanks hotel staff. ”
