“Stayed there for 5 nights- the staff are friendly, excellent location , good connectivity , but the hotel looks pretty run down and age of the property is quite visible when we look at the carpets and furniture in the rooms . The access to the door of our provided room was a torture . Every time we go out and come- it use to get stuck the automatic door use to not work with the access card provided to us and we had to keep going down to reception and help to just enter the room and for 5 nights it was horrible disappointing experience and despite know the issue with the access card and the door lock the hotel management didn’t change the room and we had to stay in the same access card issue room for the whole of our trip . The only way we could possibly enter the room after we go out and come was the with either the help of housekeeping sage who where really friendly and helpful or going back and forth to the reception . The room we stayed inn is 114 in the 1st floor, really horrible experience with the entry and exit of the automatic lock of the room and that they knew the problem from the first day and still didn’t replace or shift the room with is dysfunctional is quite disappointing ”
