“Staff needs training... They don't know how to serve customers. The lady at the front desk, doesn't know the difference between queen bed and single bed. They sent food with no cutlery. Extra bed provided was poor quality. The hotel is nice though.”

“Our stay was very good. The room was large enough and was comfortable. Cleanliness was our main concern before entering the hotel but the room was very clean. Bathroom was also clean but could be better. Room service responded promptly to our every request. Food in restaurant was also very good. Overall it was a comfortable stay.”

“Food was good, Service support was not satisfactory ”

“Good hotel at abc circle ”

“There is a stark difference between photos and actual. The hotel is not well maintained. It seems no body is coming to the hotel. Staff is quite friendly and they allowed us early checkin. But it feels scary that entire hotel only 2-3 rooms were occupied. Corridors and all had that unused odour and very dirty. Would never recommend stay here. ”
