“Good clean hotel at a nice location but the reception isn't responsive at evening and night times. I am not saying they have to be available round the clock but they don't pick calls to reception even around 8 PM. Make three or four calls and they might pick up if lucky. Staff are quite prompt if you ask for something. Maintenance needs to improve. The fans are noisy in that it hits the false ceiling at higher speeds and causes noise as if somebody above the room is hitting the roof of your room with a rod. The exhaust fan in the bathroom may work depending on your luck. Mentioning these to reception didn't result in any improvement.”

“No Restaurant in hotel and very limited breakfast ”

“Must stay in this hotel its new clean, hygienic no disturbance ”

“I was very happy with my stay at Shoba Suites. They had a 12 noon check in. All my friends lived within walking distance, so I found this ideal.”
