“Had to change rooms shortly after arrival due to smell of fuel, which was vehemently denied by staff until end of our stay when they acknowledged they had found it after all. No apology or any attempt at compensation was provided by management. When we moved rooms we were told to move our own luggage by the male staff member who came to check on the fuel smell and denied it. There is no official reception. The staff are often not available in the unmarked “reception” area. While the rooms themselves are very spacious and the views outside gorgeous, the bathrooms could do with renovating - the showers in particular were challenging. It was not a great experience and we were relieved to move to another accommodation. ”
