“Great Little Hotel. Clean contemporary design and very good beds and linens. Very close to the port so convenient to catch ferry to the Sporade Islands. Womderful,helpful and friendly staff.We will be back”

“At check in, the receptionist will tell you that you dont need to be at the port till 7am for the 7.30am boats vs the 6.30am you are told is last check in on your ticket. Which means you have to guzzle the breakfast down hippo style then leg it with your suitcase down the port road to the boats with no time to digest your food. For a 4* hotel with a strong marketing focus, this is not good and even the local Greeks who were staying there were also concerned. The thing is, it would hardly take any effort to open the breakfast 20 minutes earlier and let everybody have the relaxing experience of enjoying breakfast before they travel. When I attempted to enquire at the possibility for a take away breakfastat check in , I was spoken to in an inappropriate manner thats is not consistent with the standards exepected of a 4* hotel. Guests should feel comfortable to make a reasonable enquiry without being spoken to in an aggressive manner. ”
