“Very nice facility here in Sparta, Lakonia. It’s very rare to have such beautiful view in Sparta with most wonderful summer pool. It’s very nice to have a Greek wedding beside the pool during the summer time. The room is very clean, and very comfy. They clean the room everyday. The owner of hotel is super nice, friendly and willing to help the people. He might be the nicest person in Lakonia the whole province. There is nothing to say more about, just come and stay for few nights, you will know what I mean. Thank you Hôtel M”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the hotel offers very good facilities. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor swimming pool was particularly հաճելի and relaxing. The staff were polite and professional throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to different tastes. However, there were several issues that fell short of expectations, especially for a five-star hotel. The room was not very clean upon arrival, and I even found some hair on the bed, which was quite off-putting. The carpets inside the room also didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. While the room itself was spacious, the overall cleanliness did not match the standard one would expect. Room service was inconsistent, as the bed was not made every day. Additionally, despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes when entering the room, which was disappointing. Another issue was with the bathroom — there was a water leak in the bath/shower area that caused water to spill out onto the floor, creating a mess and inconvenience. In summary, while the hotel has strong facilities and courteous staff, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor attention to detail make it difficult to justify its five-star rating.”
