“Very nice rooftop area but couldn't order food and seldom open. Rooms had no view.”

“A very good location with excellent staff and very clean. ”

“The room was very small as was the bathroom, the shower was ridiculously small, barely fit one person in, it was too small to bend down without hitting your head. Impossible for 2 people to be in the bathroom at once. Very little space to store toiletries. There is no-one on reception 90% of the time. A group arrived late in the evening without their room nos. Or the access codes needed to enter their rooms (elderly - in their 80s) and trying to contact customer service was a nightmare. When I managed to get someone at the end of the phone to help them, they were exceedingly rude. The rooms were spotless as was the entire building. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bottled water replaced each day. Location was perfect for where we needed to be and public transport is regular and cheap. Food is good in the area, with plenty of variety and generally reasonably priced ”
