“We had such a great time at this hotel with my husband. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided a kettle when we requested it, initially only a coffee machine was available in the room. My husband used the gym and he found it decent. We enjoyed the common swimming pool and the private pool in our room almost every day. They were both very clean and the common swimming pool was never crowded. The majority of the guests were couples enjoying a calm and romantic getaway. The staff were also very nice all the time. The only negative thing I can share was the food at the hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but ok. There was a possibility to order breakfast from their menu instead of the open bar. Omelets were ok but i had the worst eggs benedict i had in my life here :) Also one day we wanted to have fried calamari by the pool. Seriously the worst calamari i had in my life. I don’t even know how it is possible to make fried calamari that bad :)) We rented a car and mostly went out for food so the low food quality at the hotel did not impact our stay. But if you are planning to spend most of your time at the hotel you might want to consider the food element in your decision. Even with my negative comments on food we still had a super pleasant stay at this hotel and will remember our stay with many great memories. Hoping to be back soon! ”

“I recently stayed at F Zeen and unfortunately my experience fell well below what I would expect from a luxury resort. While the setting is beautiful and many staff members were polite and professional, there were repeated operational and housekeeping issues throughout my stay. Upon arrival, I discovered marked bedsheets which required multiple follow-ups before they were replaced. I also found an unidentified bottle left in the shower area and a welcome card addressed to another guest in my room, raising concerns about room preparation and housekeeping standards. Later in my stay, an ironing board and iron appeared in my room despite never being requested. Snacks were also placed in the room and initially charged to my account, requiring me to contact reception to have the charge removed. The most concerning incident occurred when housekeeping entered my room despite the Do Not Disturb indicator being activated. The hotel later explained that a power outage may have affected the system, but this understandably left me concerned about guest privacy. To the hotel's credit, management met with me, apologised, removed restaurant charges from my bill, and offered a complimentary lunch and late checkout. However, given the number of issues experienced throughout the stay, I was disappointed that no accommodation rate adjustment was offered. What disappointed me most was not any single incident, but the cumulative effect of multiple service failures over the course of the stay. F Zeen is a beautiful property with significant potential, but greater attention to housekeeping quality control, communication, and guest privacy would greatly improve the overall guest experience.”
