“Clearly the great price and perfect location within Hersonissos is a big argument for choosing Kassavetis. However the rooms and especially bathroom and little kitchen's equipment is terrible. Feels it hasn't been remade for decades: toilet flush not really working, kettle leaking, almost no cuttlery... In addition, the hotel asked for a 100 Euro cash deposit at check-in (which I was not made aware of before arriving)...anyway, it was really a hassle to get the money back in the end. And engagement and speed of reception staff is...well...they don't care. So, some plus and minus aspects to consider. ”

“The location was lovely, right in the heart of the old town. Just a short walk away, there was plenty of activity and the lively atmosphere of the seafront promenade. The room was clean, and the view straight out to the sea was beautiful. During our two-day stay, we only saw two staff members, but they were both very friendly. Everything you could want from a holiday can be found in the area around the hotel. ”
