“Had everything I needed for a night, in a great location 5 mins from white rose shopping centre. The staff are friendly. I had a nice evening at the bar & nice vegi breakfast in morning. The only downside was the beds in my room, luckily there were 2 as the 1st one I couldn’t sleep on as the mattress was really lumpy & uneven, I had to change beds in the night! The other one was better but the bed creaked loudly with any movement! I eventually slept fine. Thank you”

“We enjoyed our stay at woodlands the room was a little tired and needed some maintenance chipped paint and stained grout in the bathroom etc .We stayed in a room on the ground floor the ventilation was difficult due to having French doors that could not be open at night. I realise that upgrading the decor is a rolling program constantly.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent.”

“The hotel itself looks very impressive as for the decor however we went for a drink in the bar, prices was extortionate and we was waiting 40 mins for someone to serve us, i picked a drink and it was available and i said i’d choose can i have 5 mins and they never came back… they only care if yku look like you have money”

“Stayed here a couple of times recently. It's an interesting building and more characterful than modern, cookie-cutter hotels. Beds were good, but duvets too hot. It was very quiet on the 6th floor, which was a bonus for a city centre hotel. We didn't bother with breakfast this time, as it was mediocre last time. Some if the fittings and fixtures are looking worse for wear. Late check out wasn't available as the receptionist said they'd all been booked, which I don't quite understand. I might try a different hotek in Leeds next time as there are so many to choose from. ”
