This is a clean and friendly place that serves good food and excellent breakfast. It could be loud I suppose if they have music or s turn on but it wasn't anything I noticed., but then again I wouldn't be so stupid to book a pub if noise was an issue. It has all you need, clean, tidy, good food/drink and value for money.

Very good
Vist for 1 night to see family, close to the rose shopping center and Leeds CC 15mins away. Staff super friendly and decent bar with a good atmosphere

Had everything I needed for a night, in a great location 5 mins from white rose shopping centre. The staff are friendly. I had a nice evening at the bar & nice vegi breakfast in morning. The only downside was the beds in my room, luckily there were 2 as the 1st one I couldn’t sleep on as the mattress was really lumpy & uneven, I had to change beds in the night! The other one was better but the bed creaked loudly with any movement! I eventually slept fine. Thank you

Lovely Stay!
If you’re looking for a place to crash this is your place. Family atmosphere easy access, great breakfast. Beds however are a little springing but I slept alright
