“Always like to stay at this property. Right stick in the middle of Cardiff's Queen Street. Within easy reach of many shop and restaurants. The only snag with the Indigo is that there's no drive thru to reach the lobby. So, when catching taxis, the Hotel arranges for the pick up behind it. Staff esp Maya, is always very chirpy and helpful. And they should have slippers in ALL categories of the rooms. ”

“Lovely hotel and perfect for staying in the city centre (we arrived by coach which was 5 mins walk away and stadium was only 15 mins walk). Room was nice, although did get hot inside on the summers evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful and really made it a nice stay by helping get the room perfect for us. I put value for money lower just because the price was much higher as there was an event going on, but if price was reasonable at a normal time then I would definitely stay again ”
