“Staff: We booked Prestige Room but the hotel has Classic Room record. The staff refused to give us the Prestige Room despite the room is empty and no guest! We had to complaint to Agodo but there was no immediate solution. We were forced with no choice and stayed in a lower room class (tiny room with windows facing the wall!). Location: At the centre of town and very convenient. Parking: Free public parking space in 5 min walk from hotel. ”

“We decided to book Golden Tulip Sophia Antipolis despite the location as we are on self-drive holiday around europe and we stayed at Golden Tulip Lyon in France. This hotel is very consistant in software like: Very big, soft comfortable bed and bedsheets, the room is very spacious for us for France, the bathroom and toilet are separate in the room and very spacious providing very clean pure white towels and Sophia shoeer gel and shampoo, nice robes and 2 pairs of slippers. Oh yeah they have electronic heatimg cloth hanger thats really useful and helpful for us to wash and hang our underwear and bras to be dry in the morning. The hotel has very nice and warm pool by the resturant. We enjoyed our breakfast by the pool though the breakfast spread are not very much variety but fot France it is consider alot . We are travelling to Monaco and Florence after this unfortunately there's no Golden Tulip hotels there. The staffs there are much friendly.”
