“A very disappointing stay. We were really looking forward to a few days here but unfortunately I felt the older lady at reception was very disrespectful and did not appreciate our business. When I raised issues she said that was just how it is - the Wifi connection was very bad. When I went to pay and was being served she proceeded to have a conversation with another customer making me feel like she didn’t value our business!”
