“The hotel was advertised as newly renovated but the standard of accommodation was poor. The rooms are flimsily constructed and have extremely poor sound proofing so we heard voices, footsteps, music from fellow guests and traffic noise from the nearby autoroute and railway tracks through the night. Shower room and toilet accommodation was very poor, each in the equivalent of a larger sheet metal luggage locker. No towels were provided and when we asked the receptionist, his reply was that they were all finished.
This is not the sort of accommodation which Agoda should be promoting!! We are very disappointed.”
