“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean - the carpet had stains, the curtains were dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout. To make things worse, after the first day all the towels were taken and no fresh ones were provided, which made the stay very inconvenient. Overall, it was a bad experience. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was quite good. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations.”
