“First of all, I would like to mention the front desk staff member, Florenzna (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She is an outstanding employee. During check-in, I accidentally left one of my credit cards at the front desk without even realizing it. The next morning at breakfast, this lovely young lady recognized me, called me over, and returned my credit card, which she had carefully labeled with my room number. I was truly impressed by her honesty and professionalism. Having an employee like her is a huge credit to your hotel. As for the hotel itself, it has the atmosphere of a resort, but unfortunately the facilities are quite dated. The rooms feel old, the air conditioner made noise throughout the entire night, and the overall cleanliness was only average.”
