“At this place you can waist your time, your money and any good mood. The rooms are a scam, we got a comfort room (100% discomfort) with water pipes traversing it, making a terribe noise in the night. The room had black mold, also in the bathroom, making breathing very unpleasant. We did not sleep AT ALL for the first night, so we cancelled the other 5 nights, but we are supposed to pay for everyting as per policy including cancellation fee. Everything is outdated and the facilities are a joke in reality vs the proffesional photos, and the location is good only if you have a car. The receptionists will treat you like you are invisible, unles you are french, and they literally lie in your face to get rid of you (the receptionist confirmed to us no cancellation fee). Any place is better than this Le Clos, and we're happy we found one.”
