“As soon as we pulled into the car park the whole place looked awful. Nothing like the photos. Car park did not feel secure at all, just next to a dark road with nowhere to walk to. Stank of urine so it would seem the local vagrants we saw wandering around walk in and Out. Didn’t see any staff. Check in machine absurdly difficult. Didn’t recognise booking. Foyer dirty. Corridor stank and wasn’t clean. Room was tiny, nowhere near 20 sqm advertised. Dark and depressing and nothing like the photos. Me and my brother both felt disinclined to spend the night there so we left after 10 minutes. There are cheap hotels that are totally fine, this however was just horrible. Can’t comment on staff or food as we didn’t see any. ”
