“The hotel is very good value for Menton. I asked for a later check out and they were kind to give it to me. The hotel main areas could be freshened and updated. My room was at the back of the hotel with no view. A bit disappointing when I’d left a seaside hotel. Breakfast was good and included, but go earlier as it was hectic later. ”

“I had an appalling experience with the old female receptionist. She was extremely rude and condescending. She took a copy of my passport at 2:00 PM, but then acted completely clueless when I returned at 3:00 PM, demanding it again and making racially insensitive remarks. When I pointed out the inconsistency, she was sarcastic and arrogant. Her lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I will not be returning.”
