“Kyriad hotel is adequately sized for a one-night stay, with comfortable beds and good pillows. However, the staff could be more accommodating and welcoming, as the receptionists came across as proud and somewhat condescending, which made for an unpleasant check-in experience. The breakfast was average, and unfortunately, the egg boiler was not working.”
