“We arrived early, however we still had to wait in a queue to check in. The room wasn't ready, however the reception staff said they would call me. We didn't receive a call and waited until 4.30 before we returned. There wasn't anyone in the basement bar ,so I had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. The hotel has a beautiful location, but not enough staff in any areas. ”

“Very disappointed with this hotel. It was expensive, the rooms are miles away from reception, no offer of help with lugagge despite havibg a small child. The room was tired and small. The swimming pool is cold and no hot tub. All fine if it didn't come with the high price tag. The only excellent thing is the location right on the beach, which is wonderful. Seems very unreasonable to charge guests for parking on top of the very high room rate and breakfast was also extra”
