“It was advertised that it’s airconditioned but there was none and we were given a loft type room and it was warm. I complained to their staff and gave us anither room and provided us with electric fans. This is was the month of June. Thankfully it started to get cool in the evening. We had to leave the window a little so the cool air would come in but we didn’t like to open it a little wider coz the birds might come in . Outside the window was a lot of bird poop. Agoda have me partial refund for the wrong advertisement with Agoda cash with a 6 month expiration. They even refused to extend the expiration. ”
