“I find that the details in the room is unclear. We saw that there is microwave and kettle in the room so we decided to book it. But when we arrived, nothing were there. Not even mineral water. Then the staff said we can go to the lobby and use the microwave. He let us borrow the kettle, plates, bowl and cups too. No parking in the hotel building. Have to walk 1 block away to the parking area. Luckily it was only one night. ”

“We arrived to a great welcome but the amount of renovations ongoing was not known before we booked. An absolute danger to get to our room with unfinished steps and trip hazards everywhere. This should have been told to us before booking. I would say the renovations will take months and this hotel should not be open to the public until finished ”
