“After waiting some time for room to be “made ready” I was given the key. On entering the room it had not been “made ready” at all. In fact it was exactly how the previous guests had left it, without any cleaning whatsoever. Food is good Quality at the restaurant, but has a very limited choice. Breakfast is typical continental buffet with no hot food.”
