“Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Jiva Hill Resort. The staff at the reception were friendly, the hotel is beautiful, and the spa is absolutely amazing. The only disappointment was the service at one of the restaurants/ bars. It wasn’t clear whether guests should wait to be seated or simply choose a table, as there didn’t seem to be any staff available to assist. I spoke to a waitress and let her know where I eill be sitting, but after waiting more than 15 minutes, no one brought me a menu. In the end, I had to go back and remind the staff before I was finally served. Aside from this experience, everything else about my stay was excellent, and I would happily return.”
