“We arrived at the hotel quite late, around 11 pm. The next morning, at 7 am, a housekeeper opened our door without knocking. Worse still, she kept trying to open it every hour until we left at around 11:40 am. The last time she opened it, she actually asked, "Why are you still here...?" Excuse me? Our check-out time is 12 pm, and I believe we have every right to stay until then! This was a very unpleasant experience. That said, the breakfast was good and the reception staff were friendly.”
