“Five Resort is a well renovated bulding with a few well appointed rooms. Agoda failed to tell me that it does not have any staff present. My trip to Cholet meant that I had to wait elsewhere from 1300 until 1600 to gain access to the room. Normally tolerable if I could leave my suitcase and go exploring. This was not possible. The same for my departure. Checkout is 1100 and my train departed at 1600. And nowhere to leave suitcase so many hours of my holiday wasted because Agoda didnt warn of no reception. If known I would never book it. Also lived in fear of losing the door codes when outside and not having access to my room. A phone number given was unanswered.”
