“Great property in the centre of Beaune that has been recently renovated. Only downside was that we visited during a heatwave and the aircon was not strong enough - the room was very hot and uncomfortable in the afternoon and evening (even when the blinds were closed). When we rang the reception to see whether the aircon was working / anything they could do about it - reception told us that the aircon was working and that it was essentially our problem that it was so hot in the room, which was not the best customer service received. Otherwise, property is well located in town and if it weren’t so hot, would have been a lovely stay. ”
