“Can’t really comment, they cancelled on us the evening before our arrival due to wildfires. When asking for a refund they also said that they did not recognise our booking on Agoda. So had to sort out ourselves through Agoda. Staff didn’t respond to our emails when informing explaining we had booked through Agoda and not booking.com and asking for help for the refund. Luckily we found another accommodation 5 minutes drive away. ”
