“위치가 아주 좋고 해변과 아주 가깝습니다. 작은 반려견은 무료로 동반할 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 1층 객실은 프라이버시가 부족해서 커튼을 열면 거리에서 사람들이 방 전체를 볼 수 있습니다. 그래서 자연광이 전혀 들어오지 않는 것과 이 두 가지 중 하나를 선택해야 합니다. 게다가 한밤중에 호텔로 배달하는 소리 같은 게 들려서 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 밤새도록 깨서 잠을 제대로 못 잤습니다. 샤워실 상태가 좋지 않아서 수리가 필요해 보입니다.”

“You should know that I stayed in the same hotel in 2016 & it seems that management has changed because nothing was like before. Most of the staff are rude especially women at reception I don’t want say the names even I remember them. No amenities in the room even I asked for it from the housekeeper. I went to gym and I found that no hygiene at all. WC not cleaned. Dirty papers on treadmill kept from other people. Poor breakfast to a Marriott hotel where I paid around *** per night! Poor variety no fresh juices. Always you have to wait to get bread. Plus we get something black in the juice which is not fresh and when I told the waitress she took it without any reaction or excuse. The furniture is becoming very old even the sofa beds on the pool! We stayed 4 nights in the room the housekeeper never cleaned the balcony 🫤! Towels are old! We were so disappointed, and i believe that Marriott should pay attention. They will burn their name in such service. In addition as a Bonvoy member I asked for late check out but they didn’t accept saying that hotel is fully booked or I checked online and it wasn’t😒. They consider clients as stupid! I downgrade this hotel and from now on I stop visiting it or staying in it. Many good hotels are good near by.”
