“The breakfast was abundant, with a variety of bread options. Each sip of fresh mango juice or strawberry juice brought a sense of pleasure and satisfaction. The hotel's advantage was its proximity to the jetty, easy to see corals and fish. The drawback was that the front desk was not very friendly towards English-speaking guests and would not proactively inform them where the breakfast area was, where to get beach towels and life jackets, or tell them when to take the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the jetty. Half an hour after checking our luggages still hadn't come to our room. We called the reception and still no bags. We finally went down and got them ourselves. Why did they ask us to leave our luggage at the front door? The manager was very enthusiastic and reminded the staff to provide us with welcome drinks.
