“We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was one of the highlights—there was so much variety, and every day featured a different cuisine, so we never got bored. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it, and the complimentary aqua park passes were a fantastic bonus. The facilities are excellent, the beach is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day for both adults and kids. What really made this place special, though, was the staff. The hospitality is honestly on another level. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We even had a payment issue when we arrived, and the team handled it so calmly and professionally. They were incredibly understanding and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they completely surprised me. They decorated our room, prepared a beautifully decorated dinner table with an incredible view, and the staff gathered to sing Happy Birthday to me. It made me feel so special and turned my birthday into a memory I’ll always cherish. This hotel gets so many things right, but the people are what truly make it exceptional. Their genuine care and attention to detail made our vacation unforgettable. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable holiday.”

“The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped for a business traveler, making it an ideal choice for both work and relaxation. I’d definitely recommend it for business travelers looking for convenience and great service!”

“We stayed for one night and enjoyed the hotel very much. The food was excellent, especially for what we are used to from other places in Egypt.”
