“This airport is conveniently located at walking distance to the Quito airport. That being said the capital is a 45 minutes car ride away. My flight arrived at 9AM and arrived at 9:30AM at the check in desk. I requested to check in, I was informed they were fully booked BUT for an additional 45 dollar fee they could accommodate. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the price has doubled from *** a night to *** a night. Since the hotel is so far away from the city, I requested for an early check in with no additional charge, I felt like I was already paying a higher price. So long story short. The general manager Veronica was unwilling to accommodate. Thankfully I was able to leave my lugggage behind, find a way to get to the capital and come back at 4pm to check in. Not only where they not accommodating, the locations was loud when I arrived at 4 huge party going one, the place looked dirty with handprints on the elevator doors and food trays left behind from the day before from room service. I will say the breakfast was great, the service staff very courteous but the general manager Veronica, was not that nice. I picked an American hotel because of the customer service that is lacked in several ways in Ecuador. I will not be retuning to this hotel, I will try the Holiday Inn next time, hopefully with better luck. ”

“After days of travelling through Ecuador, staying at the EB was so great! Fancy room, friendly attentive staff, free shuttle from and to the airport and good breakfast included. We even got a free late check out (14:00).”

“I usually stay at Wyndham but switched it up this time to see how the Holiday Inn stacked up. I give it a solid "meh" for the money. The restaurant / breakfast buffet is overpriced and not very good. The room requires a card key to run electricity, which means you can't run the AC while you're downstairs having dinner or breakfast and come back to a hot room. Small details like that make this place not a great value for the money in my opinion. Staff was friendly though and place was clean. ”

“The receptionists were nice enough, but I could hear absolutely everything when sound from in my room, and thr lights from under the door as well as the window- not conducive to sleeping at all with an early morning flight. I wouldn’t stay again.”
