“I had an university trip and I stayed here two nights, Darwin and Carlota were so nice and resourceful! When I had to leave to the airport., Carlota arranged a taxi for me with a trusted driver Freddy, cheaper than your normal taxi. Be nice to the staff and they'll go great lengths to help you. absolutely great customer service, made me feel so welcome :)”

“We loved this luxury modern, cute boutique hotel. They made the lobby smell amazing. It was beautiful inside and very convenient location, we walked to the subway to explore. Also close to a large mall. Staff were very helpful and spoke English (our Spanish was struggling). One night there was some dance party nearby and the sound made it a little hard to sleep. But we used ear plugs. Other nights were very quiet.”
