“Really clean, real nice architecture, staff is of varying quality. Some really don't give AF, some are overworked, some are annoying (like animator lady). But overall, what I understood from reading other reviews, definitely one of the best resorts in Punta Cana. However, I have drank much better cocktails in random beach spots up north and northeast of the island ”

“We had a great time, hotel needs to do something to limit noise from other guest. Hotel is good. ”

“I have been coming to this resort for over 15 years and it is very nice and relaxing. The only thing that I have noticed since starting to come since 2010 is that the maintenance inside of the rooms doesn’t take priority and almost every time that I have came, there has been multiple issues. I would highly recommend the resort because there is a lot of dining options as well as entertainment and all in all, it is a great resort but like everything else, there are a few minor things that could use some attention. ”
