“Room is clean however, they only provide basic towel, shower foam and paper cups. Check in after 10pm can be quite tedious as they do not have physical staff there. my booking reference provided from agoda different from their reocord so the terminal check in was rejected. luckily i have a local number which i called the emergency number provided, thus soloving the issue. ”

“No hot water for shower in the morning ”

“Room was spacious, location is good (close to motorway) free parking, ok swimming pool. We had breakfast included and asked for some coffee or milk with pastries for kids to go as we had to leave the hotel to the airport but they refused our request. There is no staff to assist you at night until 6.30am . We had to rush to the airport at 5am and we had problem leaving gated parking, there was nobody to help, we had to call the main office at night for assistance. ”
