“Checked in on Monday without staff at work. Walked up a hill in the sun and had to wait to get my key because I did not receive any message/instructions ahead of time. Facilities are okay, room is as shown in photos. But room is next to a main road, which is quite noisy and dusty. And if you open your window, anyone can enter the room. Staff aren't that friendly considering Triberg is a tourist town. Room floor is a bit dirty and dusty when checked in.”

The room was very spacious and well equipped and I return to Triberg I will stay there again. Slightly out of the centre in a tranquil location but only a 5-10 minute walk downhill to the town centre and waterfal as well as the ery helpful tourist informationl centre and wonderful S schwarzwald Museum.”
