“We experienced a strange situation. Upon check-in we were asked if we ordered a breakfast. Yes, we paid for breakfast and confirmed our willingness to have it. The hotel attendant did NOT mention anything about breakfast time and cafe/kitchen location. The next morning we showed up for breakfast and we were informed we are LATE and can't have breakfast anymore. Um...well. We asked if we can have a refund for it at least, and we were refused. It was said that the breakfast was prepared for us and food is thrown away... It was around 10.15 AM. We lived in the hotels nearby for a week and had breakfast till 11AM, and always were informed on timing and cafe location. So got the unpleasant feeling about this situation, and money loss of course.”

“Located very close to station. Friendly staff. Room was very clean.”
