“A very nice stay. Room was very nice with great view. Be aware though that there are rooms that are accessible only via stairs. Also carpark is not easy to get to reception with heavy bags. We also struggled to get staff attention for the stay- they were short staffed. I tried calling reception 3 times with no response, then walked to reception and waited 5+ minutes for someone to appear. Further, at dinner we waited 20+ minutes for our drinks to arrive. Staff very nice but very understaffed for our night stay which definitely impacted our stay. ”
