“장점. 1. 역 바로 앞. 2. 친절하진 않으나, 문제를 바로 해결해 줌. 3. 깨끗함 단점. 1.가격이 비쌈. 지금은 가격이 내려가 있음. 2. 세금 포함이었으나, 2박의 도시세가 15유로를 넘었음. 도시세에 대한 설명이 있으면 좋겠음. 잘은 모르지만, 다른 사람은 도시세를 안 내는 것 같았음. ”

“An expected destination that we considered to break up our journey from Freiberg in the Black Forest to Munich … and so glad we did. We were warmly welcomed and could book in early. That was great as it left us oodles of time to explore the harbour Christmas market. Recommendation for local cuisine was spot on Thank you. Would definitely recommend this hotel ! ”

“We chose the Waldhaus Jakob because it was a little out of the city, and the location seemed ideal for walking our dog who travelled with us. And it was a good choice! The room was small, but had everything we needed - except for a fan or air conditioner in a heat wave .... We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. But our dog could not come into the breakfast room, so we went to a lovely local bakery for a coffee and some freshly-baked pastries. If you want to be in the heart of Konstanz, this is not the right place for you. But if you're looking for a lovely place to stay outside the city, then the hotel offers a quiet, leafy environment. ”
