힐데스하임 성 마리아 성당 근처 추천 호텔, 숙소 베스트 10

“Located right next to the Hauptbahnhof, the hotel is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it provides great value for money.”

“This is a very nice ($) hotel to provide such limited climate control in the rooms. With a tiny window that only opened a few centimeters, and an air conditioning system that was severely limited, we were terribly uncomfortable on our stay. Even with a fan, the room was miserable in June. The poor cleaning staff who worked on the upper levels looked absolutely desperate for air in the untemperature-controlled hallways. Not only do the customers need better (safer) temperature control, but so do the staff.”

“I had to spend 40 minutes in front of an automated check-in machine (no reception, no one at the customer service answered my call), until a kind staff member coincidentally found me and helped me with check-in. It turned out that they just switched my given name and family name, and my nationality was entered as People's Republic of China (as if every East Asian person comes automatically from China). How can you get this terribly wrong when you take over all the necessary information about the guest from Agoda? I hope this is just an accident. Apart from such a bad check-in system, nice place overall. Clean room, decent price, great location right next to the central station. I hope they don't mess up check-in next time.”

“aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, tolles Bad, mitten in der Stadt. Einzig die Nachtischlampe wäre eine lohnende Verbesserung.”
