“Nice Hotel, facilities & location very good. The only thing that let the stay down was the rude, miserable receptionist. Other staff, such as the bar staff, were very welcoming and friendly, so it’s a shame about reception- they are the face of the business, and 1st point of contact- maybe some training on customer relations should be given.”
