“The hotel is branded different than booked. Yet Services tried to accommodate client wishes as a different brand, The hotel breakfast is a total recommend and recommending the omelette and egg dishes freshly made! Unfortunately the staff was inappropriate handling one guest request at the restaurant and front desk was inadequate handling the incident with rudeness, not suiting 4 stars. Official apology was presented semi, once failure was blamed on perfect formality guaranteed by guest side. Special thanks to Ms. Weber who was greeting and saying bye very pleasant during my short stay in Nied! Location is next to the polo club Frankfurt e.V.”
