“The staff at Köln 2020 were fabulous! Teşekkür ederim, Bilge Hanım, her şey için. Bilge in particular was very helpful, positive and very attentive to the needs of the guests. Location wise, the hotel was perfect for my needs. Neusser Strasse is a vibrant yet calm street with tons of restaurants and cafes and nearby parks. The only minus was the noise coming from the building above the hotel. For two days, construction was happening in the apartments above, but this was hardly the fault of the hotel. An email explaining that this would happen though would have been appreciated. Will I stay there again? Yes, most definitely.”
