“This place is well suited for families with young children. The indoor play area is big and having lot of toys. The bunk beds were a hit with the little ones, and the outdoor play area gave them plenty of space to run around.
That said, a few things caught us off guard. Parking isn't at the hotel, it is a separate lot about 300 m away. When we checked the bathroom, there was no soap at all. The dispenser looked like it hadn't been refilled in months. Breakfast was also a bit of a letdown- by 9am everything was already finished, not even bread! things were getting restocked one item every 15 min.
Overall, the facility is genuinely good, but a few basics need attention. Still worth considering if you're travelling with kids.
